On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, CINDY CHAO The Art Jewel presents its first-ever public retrospective, Twenty Years in Art: A Retrospective Journey, exploring the artistic heritage and jewellery creations of Cindy Chao. The exhibition traces her creative evolution through three distinct phases: “Emerge from the cocoon,” “Soar to new heights,” and “Effortless mastery,” guiding visitors through a captivating artistic journey. From her early monochrome designs, mirroring an inner sense of solitude, to her rise on the global stage at prestigious art fairs and auctions, with works now housed in prominent museums across the UK, US, and France, Cindy Chao has, after two decades of refinement, achieved a level of mastery that feels effortless. The artist envisions her work honouring her heritage while breaking with tradition, driving a new era in artistic jewellery. Twenty Years in Art reveals the enigmatic beauty of museum-calibre jewellery and marks the beginning of a new chapter in the legacy of a century-defining Chinese jewellery house, inviting all to witness the brilliance yet to come.
