Era:1933 Exhibition loan unit:Mr. Lin Tai-wei - Released in 1933, “Haircut for a Love Pledge" (Máo Duàn Xiāng Bāo) was written and composed by Chen Jyun-yu, and performed by Ai-ching and Sheng-san. Ai-ching was one of the stage names used by Chun-chun. The title includes the transliteration “Mó Duàn” (毛斷) for “modern,” while “Xiāng Pó” (相褒) refers to the duet style. The lyrics feature a sharp and humorous exchange, with each singer accusing the other of being morally loose—a playful take on romantic tension between lovers.
