You can experience it on a computer, tablet or mobile phone. We suggest updating the browser and operating system of the device to the latest version for optimal experience.

How do I redeem contents purchased from other platforms?
You will receive a redeem code in your Email after making the payment on another platform. Click on “Click to redeem” and enter the code to start the experience.

Is there a time limit to online experience?
Please refer to each exhibition explanation for the time limit of the exhibition. You can view it as many times as you like during the exhibition period.

How is refund handled if I want to cancel my purchase?
You are eligible for a refund if you do not access the exhibition within 7 days after the purchase. To apply for a refund, please email support@mail.artogo.co within 7 days after the purchase. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
