國立臺灣工藝研究發展中心（以下簡稱本中心）隸屬於文化部，致力於工藝文化推廣與工藝產業扶植，業務職掌包含工藝研創、人才培育、工藝檢測、研究出版與展覽、工藝典藏加值應用、地方工藝扶植、工藝美學教育推廣、工藝品牌認證、工藝產業輔導、國際交流合作等服務項目工作。

工藝源自生活，以人為本。臺灣具有多元工藝文化，在當代快速變遷的環境中，工藝仍然持續追求成長、迎接改變。優良工藝精神要傳承，做法與時俱進有創新，唯一不變的核心精神在於堅持、頂真以及追求極致，而這樣的工藝精神同時也是臺灣人民的普世價值，一路以來腳踏實地打拼，共同繁榮臺灣這塊土地。

本中心以「活」為中心思想，倡議「活工藝．工藝活」，期許人人生活有工藝，讓工藝活重新被活絡，更提倡工藝「漫活SLOHAS」是樂活事，以簡單（Simplicity）不簡單的方式，形成一種符合時代性的生活型態（Lifestyle），找出具原創性（Originality）的機會點，給予人們健康（Health）且具備美學（Aesthetics）的生活方式，將此精神向外分享出去，達成永續發展（Sustainability）目標的一種生活態度。換言之，工藝「漫活SLOHAS」的生活態度，是S到S之間永續無限∞的善藝循環。

更連結ESG、SDGs、碳中和等重要議題，藉由循環永續的ESG for Craft概念，用工藝、做公益、成公意。盼以工藝美化人心，美化臺灣。持續厚實文化底蘊，促進產業經濟，更藉此向世界遞出臺灣工藝的名片，讓世界透過工藝看見臺灣。

文化是國家的靈魂，也是一個國家帶給世界的第一印象。臺灣目前站在世界的浪頭之上，身後的文化發展早在歷經千錘百煉後，化成璀璨奪目的寶石。文化部作為臺灣藝術文化的服務者，將以「文化永續，世界臺灣」為核心理念，從「生活的文化」、「思想的文化」、「創造的文化」與「傳播的文化」等四大面向出發，用行動創新的方式持續深耕，讓臺灣文化的光芒成為民主世界的燈塔。
一、生活的文化：再造歷史現場，振興國家語言，文化走入生活
持續以點、線、面重建歷史現場，以健全法制強化文化資產保存，推動有形、無形文化資產傳承、創新與再生。推動國家語言研究、復振計畫，打造語言友善平權的環境。持續深化社區營造，催生民間劇場聚落，使文化活動走入各地，結合文化平權、人權教育，凝聚對土地歷史認同和不同族群間彼此尊重。

二、思想的文化：重建臺灣藝術史，博物館舍再升級
持續推動「重建臺灣藝術史」工程，透過臺灣藝術家的故事將文化教育向下扎根，並以文化幣鼓勵青年學子走入藝文場域消費，培養藝文鑑賞品味。持續推動博物館、美術館智慧科技升級，研提與時俱進的博物館政策及法規制度，強化各館舍資源共享合作，帶給全民多元、全面的文化體驗。

三、創造的文化：保障藝文工作者，壯大臺灣文化內容
健全法規制度，提供所有文化藝術工作者具保障的創作環境，以支持藝文創作產業。整合政府、民間資源，邀請企業合作投資、培養人才，為臺灣文化內容注入更多資源，包括影視音、各式圖文出版、遊戲、動漫、設計、文化科技等，形成在文化和經濟上，足以影響世界的「臺流經濟」，讓臺灣不只是科技之島，也是自由的創作之島。

四、傳播的文化：臺灣文化走向世界，爭取國際話語權
強化公共媒體和國際頻道，以優質內容向世界發聲，並以多元、自由為核心，吸引國際媒體進駐臺灣。支持臺灣影視音串流平台跨域合作，以影視音國家隊的方式走向國際化，強化臺灣影視音內容海外輸出之能量。持續以臺灣文化跟世界交朋友，建立國際藝文各領域的交流模式與合作計畫，深化國際之間的藝文創作鏈結。

在其認知只要是創作，都是源出於人文的涵養與藝術的思維，其哲學與本質是共通的，所以也就沒有創作領域的問題。

2025年適逢國立臺灣工藝研究發展中心邁向「工藝70＋1」，倡議工藝「漫活SLOHAS_是樂活事」為核心推動軸線，意涵「工藝是漫波快樂•生活事」。
引入「漫活SLOHAS」融合慢活（SLOW）與樂活（LOHAS）的精神，以工藝為媒介對應未來社會的關鍵議題與文化實踐路徑，不僅是一種生活態度，更是一場由感官經驗出發、引發社會行動、最終形成文化共鳴的「心工藝運動」。

本展以「漫、蔓、慢」三部曲為結構主軸，以「漫活SLOHAS」的簡單（Simplicity）、生活型態（Lifestyle）、原創（Originality）、健康（Health）、美學（Aesthetics）以及永續（Sustainability）為核心價值，由「漫」的感官啟動、「蔓」的實踐鋪展、「慢」的共創沉澱，鋪展出工藝如何從個人感知走向群體共創，進而回歸生活節奏的深度反思，對應「理念 → 態度 → 風格」的三階段進程，亦是一場關於工藝未來的行動樂章，構築出一套完整的SLOHAS工藝哲學。

本展不再僅是靜態物件的呈現，而是以展覽為行動平台，整合「策展×倡議×實踐」三大推動方向，擾動觀眾五感體驗，促發思考與行動，描繪臺灣當代工藝在文化傳承、永續實踐與社會參與中的整體樣貌，展現其由傳統技藝邁向生活實踐與文化運動的新風格轉向，強調工藝「漫活SLOHAS」的生活態度，是S到S之間永續無限∞的善藝循環。

In 2025, as the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute enters its 71st year, this exhibition embraces “SLOHAS Living” as its central vision—highlighting craft as a joyful rhythm that flows gently, woven into the art of living.
Introducing the attitude of SLOW living and LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability), it frames craft as a medium for responding to future social challenges and cultural practice. More than a lifestyle, it is a heartfelt movement—one that begins with sensory experience, inspires social action, and ultimately leads to cultural resonance.

Structured through the trilogy of Flow, Spread, and Slow, the exhibition echoes six core values: Simplicity, Lifestyle, Originality, Health, Aesthetics, and Sustainability. From the sensory awakening of Flow, through the expanding practice of Spread, to the co-created contemplation of Slow, the exhibition spreads out how craft moves from individual perception to collective creation, then ultimately returning to a deeper reflection on daily rhythms.
This journey mirrors a three-stage progression—from ideals, to attitudes, to styles—unfolding as an active composition for the future of craft and forming a holistic philosophy of SLOHAS in Craft.

No longer just a presentation of static objects, this exhibition becomes a dynamic platform—integrating curation, advocacy, and practice, as three main leading directions. It stimulates all five senses, fosters reflection and participation, and outlines a portrait of contemporary Taiwanese craft in transformation. —from traditional craftsmanship to everyday practice and cultural movement. It affirms SLOHAS Living lifestyle as a kind and well cycle of sustainability and kindness—from S to S, infinite and alive.

牛是農夫的重要夥伴，《藝起豐收》作品是指用牛車承載著豐收的希望。樹藝工坊李永謨藝師以種子與樹枝，創作出兔子駕著牛車，透過藝術傳達豐收意境。

國立虎尾科技大學林正敏教授將micro:bit與OLED顯示器藏於牛車，讓「時尚兔」象徵農業智慧轉型。結合伺服馬達與LED燈光，牛頭與牛眼動態演繹，透過「時尚兔」與「行動牛」，展現臺灣農業與科技共榮的美好未來。

The ox has long been a vital companion to farmers, and the 𝙃𝙖𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙏𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 artwork symbolizes a cart carrying the hopes of a bountiful season.
Artisan Yung-Mo Lee from the Tree Art Workshop crafted a rabbit driving an ox cart using seeds and branches, artistically conveying the spirit of abundance through natural materials.

Professor  Cheng-Min Lin of National Formosa University embedded a micro:bit and an OLED display within the cart, transforming the Fashion Rabbit into a symbol of smart agricultural transformation. By integrating servo motors and LED lighting, the ox's head and eyes are animated, bringing the scene to life.
Through the interplay between Fashion Rabbit and Action Cow, the work envisions a harmonious future where Taiwan's agriculture and technology thrive together.
