The patterns on the tiles in Taiwanese architecture is way more than just for decoration but have meaningful meanings. Including hoping of abundant food and clothing, praying for peace, animals, insects, flowers, words, geometry, etc. The artist uses the elements of ancient tiles and naturally dyed wires to divide the daily perception of the surrounding things into two series: flowers and scenery, and draws patterns to integrate the ancient style. Through a series of color matching designs, the ancient and the modern are blended one by one, and introduced into the development of jewelry, hoping to create products with both aesthetics and extend the distinctive local scenery.
