「再平凡的職業，都值得一個大獎。」
發覺社會上易被忽視的職業，透過採訪進而了解他們職業背後的辛酸，將其工作時會使用到的器具及相關物件，藉由切割、熱塑、黏合、打磨等手法解構轉換成獎盃，最後以電鍍噴漆的方式賦予其隆重和莊嚴感，並邀請職業工作者與符合其意象的獎盃進行合影，欲透過整個行動肯定他們的辛苦與付出。這些看似平凡的工作卻蘊含偉大的精神，都是「職得大獎」的。
We shone a light on occupations in society that are usually neglected and interviewed these professionals to learn about the hardships of their jobs. We then deconstructed the tools and objects they use for work into trophies by cutting, thermoforming, bonding, and polishing as recognition of their hard work and devotion. The last step in making trophies was to give them a sense of grandeur and solemnity by electroplating and spray paint. Lastly, we invited the professionals to take a picture with these trophies to show that these seemingly ordinary jobs are extraordinary contributions. They are all “worthy of award.”
