Earth, water, fire, and wind are all in harmony. The artist uses the most primitive elements and forces in the universe to unleash the power of nature. The windlass initiates the cycle of artistic life, placing the clay body into the kiln and igniting the unpredictable flames. Amid the countless cycles of heating and cooling, magnificent crystal flowers slowly bloom, vibrant green and clear. A realm of ethereal beauty then unfolds.
