介紹
「Crease Series
The "Crease Series: Something Beyond the Molds" aims to explore the metal hydraulic press process, challenging traditional metal processing conventions, and allowing materials to transcend the limitations of the mold. The metal plate creates unique lines between the constraints and ductility of the mold, softening its appearance and allowing for more delicate changes in the metal.
The series includes "flower utensils" inspired by the shapes of bucket bags, tote bags, and clutch bags; "chandeliers" resembling light bulbs embedded during mold pressing; and larger pieces that use pressed designs to give the metal plates a stronger structure. These pieces serve as "supporting structures" with load-bearing and supporting functions, such as side tables.
In this project, we move away from traditional manufacturing processes, unlocking the plasticity of metal and creating unique designs. The work is made of mirror-finished stainless steel, adding a sense of modernity and fashion to the space and products, and creating a high-end and refined atmosphere.
