The artwork is inspired by the legend of Paiwan people, the glass beads (qkata) are integrated and arranged into four patterns to tell stories related to the glass beads, allowing users to experience their mystery and cultural significance in daily life. The shape of the square low table is simple and relaxed, making it easy to adjust the position according to the number of people. Glass beads symbolize the symbiosis between man and nature, and carry the morality, love stories and ancestral beliefs of the tribe. Teacher Lin Xiuhui's works are based on legends, presenting glass beads as stones piled up in a clear river, symbolizing the blessing of ancestral spirits and the spread of wisdom.
