信仰很多人都有，不一定是神，或許是對某種事物的執著、迷戀或崇拜，這種關係反映著人們對信仰的情感和敬畏。我的概念是新的民俗跟信仰，因為它是持續變化的，從古至今信仰都與特定事物產生敬畏情感有關，民俗則是由行為產生出來象徵性的事情，只有被記憶和流傳下來的才稱為民俗。民俗的定義不限於傳統，過去的民俗也是當時最流行的事物。
Many people hold personal beliefs, which may not necessarily involve a god. These beliefs can take the form of devotion, obsession, or reverence toward certain things. Such relationships reflect how people emotionally relate to belief—with a mix of longing, emotion, and awe.
My concept explores new forms of folk culture and belief, as these are constantly evolving. From ancient times to the present, belief has often emerged from people's emotional connection and sense of reverence toward particular objects, forces, or ideas. Folk customs are symbolic actions preserved through collective memory and transmission. The meaning of folklore is not confined to what is considered "traditional"—what we now view as folk culture was often simply the most relevant or popular expression of its time.
