自2017年與中華紙漿展開合作以來，C-Cube Lab 啟動了橫跨產業與地域的材料再生行動工程。此次展出呈現團隊多年來於臺灣各地累積的再生原物料樣本，涵蓋造紙副產物、石材邊料、農業廢棄物、建築殘材等，皆為透過現地勘查與合作而蒐集而來的「島嶼餘料」。
C-Cube Lab以「有感循環」為核心理念，扮演「餘料的經紀人」，不僅辨識材料的潛力，更積極投入其升級再造的可能性。這些樣本記錄的不只是材料的型態，更是臺灣各地產業、工藝與土地關係的縮影，探索如何讓看似無用的廢棄物，轉化為未來可用的建材、產品與創作媒介，打造通往循環永續的新材料路徑。
Since 2017, C-Cube Lab has initiated a material regeneration campaign spanning industries and regions, beginning with a collaboration with Chung Hwa Pulp Corporation. This exhibition presents a curated selection of raw material samples collected over the years from across Taiwan—including paper industry by-products, stone offcuts, agricultural waste, and construction debris—gathered through on-site fieldwork and local partnerships.
Driven by the philosophy of meaningful circularity, C-Cube Lab positions itself as a "broker of by-products," identifying the hidden value in discarded materials and exploring their potential for upcycling and reuse. Each sample is not only a material in itself, but also a reflection of Taiwan's diverse landscapes, industries, and cultural craftsmanship. Together, they represent an ongoing effort to transform waste into future building resources, products, and creative media—paving new paths toward material sustainability.
