V&J Studio 以纖維藝術跟毛線編織為核心，發展出大型裝置藝術、商品開發及教學三大營運範疇。編織雖然被定義為傳統工藝，但V&J Studio 創新地將技術與現代美學結合，開發出極具商業潛力的毛線材料包。成員之一的JOY表示，台灣的材料包市場尚未被充分開發，而她們以藝術家身份推出創意毛線材料包，正是希望填補這一空白。同時間，她們積極尋求進駐具文化氛圍的通路，例如蔦屋書店、博物館和美術館等場所，強化品牌的藝術性與文化價值。
除此之外，V&J Studio 也積入公益性質專案，培訓二度就業的母親，協助她們打樣、製作產品，甚至參與設計。更進一步地，她們鼓勵培訓出的女性參與企業教學，或是一同參與大型裝置藝術的創作，從而獲得穩定收入，實現經濟自主。
V&J Studio centers its operations on fiber arts and yarn weaving, expanding into three main areas: large-scale installation art, product development, and educational programs. While weaving is often categorized as a traditional craft, V&J Studio innovatively integrates technique with modern aesthetics, resulting in highly marketable yarn craft kits. JOY, one of the studio members, notes that Taiwan’s yarn kit market remains underdeveloped. By launching their creative yarn kits as artists, they aim to fill this gap. At the same time, they actively seek distribution in Tsutaya bookstores, museums, and art galleries, enhancing the artistic and cultural value of their brand.
Beyond commercial endeavors, V&J Studio participates in philanthropic projects, training mothers re-entering the workforce by involving them in product prototyping, production, and even design. They further encourage these women to join corporate teaching initiatives or contribute to large-scale installation projects, enabling them to achieve stable incomes and financial independence.
